30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.
How to start a return
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll walk you through the next steps and provide a return address if applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your display stand arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Non-returnable situations
Items that are used, assembled and damaged through misuse, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
